The competition is open internationally except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via the official Oscar Piastri store (https://store.oscarpiastri.com) and Oscar Piastri social channels. There is no entry fee or requirement to buy any product to enter the competition.
The competition is open to entrants of any age, however all entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of your guardian or parent to enter and claim your prize and their parent or guardian must submit their design on their behalf.
Entries which do not follow this will not be accepted. The Promoter may require you to provide proof of age and identity and for any parent or guardian submitting the entry on your behalf.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Joint entries are not permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry will be 31st May 2024 at 23:59pm BST. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received or corrupted or damaged for whatever reason. By submitting a competition entry you are agreeing to be bound by these competition terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
The Promoter is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you in connection with entering this competition and is not liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered to any person as a result of taking part or as a result of taking up the prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition or for any entries .
The prize is as follows:

The prize is as stated above and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Insofar as is permitted by law neither the Promoter nor Osacr Piastri nor their agents or employees will be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, injury or damage occurring as a result of taking up the prize unless this is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, Oscar Piastri or their agents or employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The winner will be chosen from all design submissions from the competition start date until Friday 31st May 2024 at 23:59 BST and verified by the Promoter or its agents. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
The winner will be contacted by the email supplied by the entrant with the entry within 14 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted via official Oscar Piastri or Jam Sports Management channels . If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 7 days of being contacted the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that the competition has been won. To comply with this obligation the winner’s name and country will be announced publicly on or before the 7th July 2024 with their winning entry. The Promoter would also like to publish entries that it thinks are particularly good.
If you object to being identified, please contact the Promoter info@offlane.io. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information on the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to assign absolutely to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights in the competition entry with full title guarantee and to waive your moral rights in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world. This means that the Promoter has the right to freely use and exploit your work and may publish, display, copy, edit, adapt, alter and use your entry (or allow others to do so) for any commercial purpose including without limitation to promote Oscar Piastri and the Oscar Piastri store and may produce and sell your design on race boots or replica boots or on any other merchandise.
Entrants are permitted to use the template provided solely for the purposes of entering an original design into the competition and for no other purposes. The design template provided and all intellectual property rights displayed on it remain the property of Alpinestars.
Design submissions must be submitted on the competition page via the Oscar Piastri store (https://store.oscarpiastri.com) . They can be done digitally or by hand (submitted via photos) but must be on the official template provided.
Entrants must follow the design rules which include: avoiding changing the shape or dimensions of the boots, avoiding changing the colour or positioning of the Alpinestars black branding. Your design must not use any other third party imagery, logos or other iconography.
You confirm and warrant in entering this competition that your entry:
a. is your own original work and you own all rights to it;
b. has not been copied (whether in whole or in part);
c. is owned by you and has not been created as part of your employment;
d. has not been generated automatically by artificial intelligence applications; and
e. does not infringe the rights of any third party.
The Promoter may require the Entrant to sign a document confirming this and confirming the assignment of rights and waiver of moral rights as a condition of awarding any prize. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The winner may be asked to cooperate with publicity or other promotional activity with us. If you agree we will ask you (or your parent or guardian) to sign an agreement to allow us to use photographs, films or recordings made by us or on our behalf, featuring you and your entry.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
If there is any reason to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions the Promoter may in its sole discretion reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
