This website is operated by Offlane B.V.. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Offlane B.V.. Offlane B.V. offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.  

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e‑commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.  

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, or that you are the age of majority and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.  
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).  
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.  

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.  
You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks and adapted to technical requirements of connecting devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
Headings are included for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.  

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION 
We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material is provided for general information and should not be the sole basis for decisions. You agree it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.  

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third‑party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance.  

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online. These items may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange according to our Refund Policy.
We have made every effort to display product images and colors accurately but cannot guarantee your display device’s color accuracy. 
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, region or jurisdiction and to discontinue any item at any time.

Pre‑Order Items and Delayed Shipments:
Pre‑order products ship once new stock arrives according to the timeline shown at checkout. Shipment times differ between in‑stock and pre‑order items, and combined orders may ship together when all items are available.
Delays from suppliers, manufacturers or logistics partners are outside our control and not a valid reason for cancellation beyond legal withdrawal rights.  

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING, CHARGEBACKS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION 
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Restrictions may apply per person, household or address. We may notify you of changes or cancellations via the email or phone provided at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and up‑to‑date billing information for all purchases and to update it as needed.

Chargebacks and Bank Disputes: If you file a chargeback, the transaction becomes locked, and we cannot process refunds or replacements while your bank reviews the dispute. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback, as most issues can be resolved quickly.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched to the address entered at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or returns. Reshipment fees may apply if an order is returned due to inaccurate information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels: If your parcel shows no tracking movement for 10 business days, we initiate a courier investigation. This process can take up to 10 additional business days. Replacements or refunds are issued only after the courier confirms the loss or once the investigation window closes. 

Customs and Import Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or fees. Such costs are the customer’s responsibility. Delays caused by customs procedures are beyond our control, but we will assist where possible if a shipment becomes unreasonably delayed.  

SECTION 8 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Our complete Refund Policy is an integral part of these Terms. 

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.  

Partial Refunds and Damaged Items: For minor damage where you choose to keep the product, we may offer a partial refund or alternative solution. Photographic evidence is required to assess eligibility.

Exchanges and Stock Availability: Exchanges depend on product availability. If your desired item or size is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or full refund. Replacements for damaged items are shipped once the returned item - or sufficient photographic proof - is received. 

Refund Method and Timeframe: Refunds are always made to the original payment method. Approved refunds typically appear within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. Use of such tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion.  

SECTION 10 - THIRD‑PARTY LINKS
Certain content, products or Services may include materials from third‑parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third‑party content or websites and shall not be liable for any third‑party materials, products, or transactions.  

SECTION 11 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
By submitting feedback, suggestions, or other materials, you grant us permission to edit, publish, and use your content without restriction. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not infringe on the rights of others.

Your submission of personal data through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.  

SECTION 13 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally the website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information without prior notice, including after an order is placed.  

SECTION 14 - INCORRECT OR DUPLICATE ORDERS
Duplicate orders cannot always be cancelled once dispatched. You may return one for a refund upon receipt.
Order details, address changes, or modifications cannot be updated once parcels are in transit. Please verify your details carefully before checkout.

SECTION 15 - PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any violations.  

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free Service. In no event shall Offlane B.V. or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item giving rise to the claim, except where limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Offlane B.V., affiliates, partners, and employees from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or rights of a third‑party.

We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive for all purposes.

These Terms, along with our Refund and Privacy Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Offlane B.V., superseding any prior agreements or communications.

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
