What’s included in the merch pack?

Each pack includes an official Oscar Piastri Grandstand T‑Shirt (your chosen size) and a Piastri Cap - exclusive to Grandstand attendees.

How do I claim my merch pack?

Add the correct size(s) to your cart, and check out using the same email address used to purchase your Grandstand ticket(s).

Do I need a discount code?

No code needed! The 100% discount applies automatically at checkout when your ticket email address is used.

What happens if I use a different email address?

If your email doesn’t match the one used to buy your Grandstand ticket, the system won’t recognise your eligibility, and the discount will not apply.

How long do I have to choose my T‑Shirt size?

Please select your size by Monday, 26 January 2026. If no selection is made by then, a default size of L/XL will be shipped so your pack isn’t delayed.

When will my merch pack ship?

Packs will begin dispatching after orders are placed, with final shipments sent by Friday, 6 February 2026. You’ll receive tracking details once dispatched.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking details once your order processed.

What if I ordered more packs than my ticket allocation?

All orders are verified against your ticket allocation. If there’s a mismatch, we will automatically adjust the quantity to your correct entitlement.

What if my parcel is lost or I enter the wrong address?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when checking out. Once dispatched, parcels are handled by the courier, and we may not be able to send replacements in time for the event.
