Terms & Conditions - Banner Competition

1. The promoter is: Offlane B.V. (company no. 92923925), Velperengh 28, Doorn, 3941 BZ, The Netherlands.
2. The giveaway is open internationally except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
4. Route to entry for the giveaway and details of how to enter are via the official Oscar Piastri community account (@opeightyone) on Instagram.
5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
6. The competition is open to entrants of any age, however all entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of their guardian or parent to enter and their parent or guardian must accompany them to collect the prize if selected as a winner.
7. Entries which do not follow this will not be accepted. The Promoter may require you to provide proof of age and identity and for any parent or guardian submitting the entry on your behalf.
8. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Joint entries are not permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
9. The giveaway will run across Saturday 6th July and Sunday 7th July, starting at 00:00 BST on Saturday 6th July and closing at 23:59 on Sunday 7th July.
10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. By submitting a competition entry you are agreeing to be bound by these competition terms and conditions.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time where it becomes necessary to do so. 
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.
13. The Promoter is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you in connection with entering this competition and is not liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered to any person as a result of taking part or as a result of taking up the prize.  
14. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition or for any entries.
15. The prize is as follows for those selected as winners:
1x signed cap 81 Cap – Aqua by Oscar Piastri
 
16. The prize is as stated above and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
17. The prize is not transferable. Insofar as is permitted by law neither the Promoter nor Oscar Piastri nor their agents or employees will be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, injury or damage occurring as a result of taking up the prize unless this is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, Oscar Piastri or their agents or employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
18. The winners will be chosen from those Instagram posts or Stories that enter in line with the giveaway instructions outlined on @OPeightyone Instagram channel between 00:00 Saturday 6th July and 23:59 on Sunday 7th July and verified by the Promoter or its agents. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
19. The winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message via the @OPeightyone Instagram account. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within two hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.

The rules of the giveaway and how to enter are as follows:

20. Entrants to submit images of them with banner or banner by itself on site at Silverstone by posting on Instagram or sharing Instagram Stories and tagging Oscar Piastri’s official community channel @opeightyone. Images must be taken on site at Silverstone. Winning banners will be selected and winners contacted in order to collect their signed cap on site. There are a limited number of signed caps and these will be awarded to those entrants who are deemed to create with the best designs, as judged and verified by the Promoter.

21. Entrants are advised they must refrain from including copyrighted images, logos, or icons. The banners must all not include any foul or abusive content or language.

22. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

23. Winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

24. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that the competition has been won. To comply with this obligation, the winners’ names and country will be announced publicly with their winning entry. The Promoter would also like to publish entries that it thinks are particularly good.

25. If you object to being identified, please contact the Promoter info@offlane.io. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information on the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

26. The winners’ names will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing: info@offlane.io.

27. Entrants must follow the design rules which include: avoiding changing the shape or dimensions of the boots, avoiding changing the colour or positioning of the Alpinestars black branding. Your design must not use any other third party imagery, logos or other iconography. 

28. You confirm and warrant in entering this competition that your entry:

a. is your own original work and you own all rights to it;

b. has not been copied (whether in whole or in part);

c. is owned by you and has not been created as part of your employment;

d. has not been generated automatically by artificial intelligence applications; and

e. does not infringe the rights of any third party.

29. The Promoter may require the Entrant to sign a document confirming this and confirming the assignment of rights and waiver of moral rights as a condition of awarding any prize. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

30. The winner may be asked to cooperate with publicity or other promotional activity with us. If you agree we will ask you (or your parent or guardian) to sign an agreement to allow us to use photographs, films or recordings made by us or on our behalf, featuring you and your entry.

31. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

32. If there is any reason to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions the Promoter may in its sole discretion reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

33. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

34. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
