Oscar Piastri used 2024 gloves giveaway

1. The promoter is: Offlane B.V. (company no. 92923925), Velperengh 28, Doorn, 3941 BZ, The Netherlands.

2. The giveaway is open internationally except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.

4. Route to entry for the giveaway and details of how to enter are via the official Oscar Piastri community account (@opeightyone) on Instagram.

5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

6. The competition is open to entrants of any age, however all entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of their guardian or parent to enter and their parent or guardian must confirm this before a prize is awarded and confirmed.

7. Entries which do not follow this will not be accepted. The Promoter may require you to provide proof of age and identity and for any parent or guardian submitting the entry on your behalf.

8. The giveaway will run from Saturday 3rd August 00:00 BST until Saturday 17th August 23:59 BST. 

9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. By submitting a competition entry you are agreeing to be bound by these competition terms and conditions.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time where it becomes necessary to do so. 

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.

12. The Promoter is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you in connection with entering this competition and is not liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered to any person as a result of taking part or as a result of taking up the prize.

13. The prize is as follows for those selected as winners:
1x signed and used Oscar Piastri gloves from 2024
 
14. The prize is as stated above and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Insofar as is permitted by law neither the Promoter nor Oscar Piastri nor their agents or employees will be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, injury or damage occurring as a result of taking up the prize unless this is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, Oscar Piastri or their agents or employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

15. The winners will be chosen at random by software from those that enter in line with the giveaway instructions outlined on store.oscarpiastri.com between 00:00 Saturday 3rd August and 23:59 on Saturday 17th August and verified by the Promoter or its agents. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

16. The winner will be contacted by email within seven days of the closure of the competition. The winner will only ever be contacted via official Oscar Piastri or Jam Sports Management channels. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within seven days, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.

17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. Winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

19. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that the competition has been won. To comply with this obligation, the winners’ names and country will be announced publicly with their winning entry.

20. If you object to being identified, please contact the Promoter info@offlane.io. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information on the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

21. The winners’ names will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing: info@offlane.io.

22. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

23. If there is any reason to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions the Promoter may in its sole discretion reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

24. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

25. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
